I'm Solomiia. I lead training sessions in Prague that connect body, energy, and conscious movement.
I work with Kangoo Jumps and the BFB method — two practices that combine dynamics, stability and deep body work. Every class is designed to be effective, safe, and natural for the body.
My goal isn't performance or pressure on results. It's a lasting change in how you feel in your own body — lighter, stronger, more grounded.
I focus on quality of movement, correct technique, and an individual approach, even in group sessions.

Your first class
Come in comfortable sportswear with a towel and water. I'll lend you Kangoo boots on the spot. Before class we go through the technique and check in on how you feel. The rest I'll show you as we move.
